Please create a new account and complete your NPSL League Play Application. This fee is the responsibility of the team; exception if the club or association has other arrangements with the District. Contact your club/association representative to verify payment process.

Fall U11 – U19 Boys and U11 – U14 Girls
League fee of $150 per team must be submitted by August 1, 2013.

Winter U15 - U19 Girls
League fee of $150 per team must be submitted by November 15, 2013.

Spring U10 - U14
League fee and the submission deadlines are posted on the NPSL Registration page at http://www.northpugetsoundleague.org/Registration.html

Risk Management
The Washington State Youth Soccer Risk Management Application must be filled out completely and properly submitted before anyone may begin working as a coach, manager, trainer or volunteer with any team, whether or not they are compensated in any way.  All such persons should check the following website to determine if they need to submit an application. http://www.wsysa.com/rma/

Application deadline: July 20th.  Late applications only accepted on a space available basis.  Teams withdrawing after first league games will be fined $100.
