Risk Management
The Washington State Youth Soccer Risk Management Application must be filled out completely and properly submitted before anyone may begin working as a coach, manager, trainer or volunteer with any team, whether or not they are compensated in any way.  All such persons should check the following website to determine if they need to submit an application. http://www.wsysa.com/rma/

League Application Instructions
 Please login or create a new account and complete your WSYSA District 1 League Play Applications.  The league fee of $200 per team must be submitted to District 1 following the submission of your application.

Application deadline: July 20th.  Late applications only accepted on a space available basis, with payment of additional $50 late fee.  Teams withdrawing after August 16th will be fined $50.  Teams withdrawing after first league games will be fined $100.

ALL U11 TEAMS MUST PROVIDE A CLUB COMPUTER GENERATED ROSTER WITH PAYMENT!
